Steps to Firmware/Installation of TWRP 3.4.2 Recovery on Umidigi A7 Pro (Android 10)
Step one: Start downloading all the above files in the required field.
Step two: Examine the downloaded files and then right click on the archived MT6xxx_USB_VCOM_drivers file. Zip and pull the same one. Then navigate to the unzipped folder and click on the InstallDriver exe file. A VCOM charger will be installed on your system.
Step three: Assuming you have downloaded SP FlashTool (Win) from the link above, just click on the archive and unpack it. Then look at the flash_tool. exe file and run it.
Step four: Find the scatter file of the TWRP zip file you downloaded. Rename the TWRP (.img) file to recovery.img. In the Flash tool’s user interface, browse through the scatter file of the external folder Stock ROM (Download Stock ROM for your Umidigi A7 Pro smartphone) and select the scatter file.
Step five: Leave the recovery at this point in the form of a ticket/check. On the Location tab, click the Location field and find a custom recovery image file depending on the device (as shown in the figure above). Then click on the download button.
Step 6 : Now connect your Umidigi A7 Pro to your computer via the USB port. When the smartphone is connected, the flashing starts automatically and lasts only a few seconds.

Step seven: At this point, the custom recovery has flashed on your device. You can now disconnect the device from your computer. You must now activate/reboot your TWRP recovery device. To do this, start the unit by pressing and holding the volume knob. Please note that key combinations may vary depending on the model of the device and you can confirm the correct key combination for your Umidigi A7 Pro. The Volume Up button also starts the boot mode on some devices, which has a menu to switch to the recovery mode. The volume up and down keys can be used as key combinations. That’s it, you successfully continued the TWRP on your Umidigi A7 Pro.
Umidigi A7 Pro / Magisk or SuperSUVault Installation Procedure
Check if you have downloaded SuperSU or Magisk Manager (link in the required section of this article) Then continue climbing the stairs.
Attention: You can use Magisk Manager or Super SU, but only one, so choose well. Log in to Magisk Manager if you’re not sure.
Step one: Transfer the downloaded file SuperSU.zip or magisk.zip to the internal memory / SD card of your Umidigi A7 Pro smartphone.
Step two: All you have to do now is charge for the repair. An additional backup of the ROMs can be made via the TWRP interface. Nevertheless, I advise you to support the ROM. Because if the process fails, you can make the ROM blink.
Step three: Touch Install and then navigate to SuperSU.zip or magisk.zip and run your finger over the firmware confirmation file (at the bottom of the screen). The Magisk/SuperSU flash process has started and will take a few seconds.
